How do i lose as much weight as possible in two days?!


Question: i don't want to keep it off, i just want as much off in two days as humanly possible. i like my size now but i have an important event coming up and i'm not fitting into my dress right now. :( i've tried that not eating at all plan, but i never seem to lose anything. does water-loading help?

For starters.. Eating nothing send your body into survival mode thats why it never works because your body doesn't want to use up your fat in case it needs it later on.

eat very small amounts of healthy fruits and vegetables everytime you feel hungry. this will send your metabolism through the roof and your body will burn more fat throughout the day
However the main factor you need to be worrying about....
set aside as much time as possible to just run run run!!!
run as much calories off you as possible just keep running untill you feel like you physically cant run one more step.

my advice would be to cut all energy drinks, sodas etc...eat only fruits and veggies every four hours and swim 2000 m per day. Although to be hoenst, I'm not sure you'd lose a lot of weight in two days. Having the dress adjusted might do wonders!! only weight you'd lose is water weight.

You can try what MMA fighters do, although I dont recommend it, but you can take a exercise bike into a suana while wearing a "sweat suit" and ride the bike in the sauna for a while. Drink plenty of water as to not become de-hydrated and cut out all sode and juices for 2 days, and cut your fat and carb intake. You may drop some weight but it is not healthy and could do your body harm. get your dress altered instead, better to be safe than sorry.
