What is YOUR body fat?!


Question: 17.4% but I'm trying to get to 20%. BTW I wouldn't pay attention to people who are saying 10-14% because they obviously dont know what they're talking about. Unless your training for a fitness competition or anorexic or very ill, that kind of low bodyfat is not possible to maintain.

BMI? mine doesn't work as I'm muscley, so it just says I weigh to much.

According to my scale I am 30% but the measuring tape test says that I am only 20%

I don't think that 22% is to bad. Maybe you could lose a little if you are not happy, but don't stress over it.

I am 5 foot 6 and weigh 86 pounds and my body fat is 9%

18.1 slightly under what I should be but trying hard everyday.I assume you mean BMI.I'm 4ft 11 and weigh 6st 6lb.

I dont know, last time I got it done it was 26 but that was soon after childbirth. now I weigh 8stone7lbs and I'm 5"5.5 giving me a body mass index of 22, can I work my body fat out of that somehow or do I have to do it on that machine again?

dunno to tell you the truth, but on two meals a deal (if I'm lucky) I'm more prone to rattle than roll.
