it all depends on how 'big' you are or how much you weigh to start with...

if you're above your average weight or what you should be, then cutting out sweet, sugary or fatty food, drinking more water and generally eating less will help to start off with. there's no point in toning muscle if there's fat hiding it! once you're down to the weight you want to be, by light exercise i.e. walking, yoga etc, then you can start the more high intensity stuff to tone up. try getting some dumbells or medicine ball...running/jogging and sit ups or press ups all help you work out.

remember that low weight does not equal healthy, in shape or thin. as you exercise, your muscles build up and these weigh a lot more than fat. therefore just indicate how much you're losing by your dress size and measurements.

all in all, the best way of losing wiehgt is eat less, exercise more. that's all there is to it!:)

good luck!

go to the gym, once a day to start with, not for too much time because youl lose the will to go. eat really healthily. go to a steam room. swim. drink gallons of water. dont drink.

To lose fat burn more calories than you consume by exercising more.

Going to the gym can be tiring, time consuming and costly,if you find it this way, try street running for about 40 minutes a day and about 20 minutes tonning to begin with. Depending on your weight this should burn around 600 calories day...gear your intake to this.

man jenny craig was easy and i dropped off weight fast and easy... its a diet you don't have to think much about... start trying to walk a mile everynight and join a gym... classes are an easy way to get in shape quick too... try a step class or something..

quit eating as much as you use to, and start working out and get into shape! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Swimming is good. Its fun and an easy way to loose weight. You could also go along with a friend and join a nearby gym. Join fitness classes or simply eat more healthy food.

Eat cucumber almost two whole before meal it will fill your stomach and help reduce weight.

High fiber diet and try the gym (at home or otherwise). I am not that hungry (after the first week) and lost about 10 lbs... in two weeks.

If you can't afford to join Weight Watchers, which is not a diet but an excellent way to change your lifestyle, try cutting back on whites...such as breads, rice, pastas and sugar. Eat more veggies and fruits. Drink lots and lots of water daily. Along with this you can start a regimen of daily exercising. Aim for thirty minutes of walking a day. Start out slow and then bring it to a brisker pace.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick a exercise regime you like.
get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
