whats TTC?for women, exercising, esp cardio wll help to get rid of excess carbs and calories, which in abundance react as though theres too much of estrogen in the blood system...this means the effectiveness of the progesterone hormone increases and chances of conceiving can be dramatically increased..treadmill and yoga are ok for pregnant women thou they can only do certain poses and do it slowly(for treadmill just stick to RPM 5.0 and incline 5.0 the most,but avoid this equipment during the final trimester)...
