I feel fat and bloated?!
Question: Last night I had a very big meal. I was very full but after I had that big meal I had a warm glass of milk about 20 oz and 3 chocolate chip cookies. I really didn't want to finish the milk but I didn't want to throw it out because I'm not one to waste food. So today when i woke up I still feel kind of bloated and my stomach is just everywhere right now. I'm not hungry but I just feel awfully fat. I am fat anyway but I just feel FAT & I rarely feel that... How can i stop myself from feeling this.

Exercise. you will lose some weight sweating, and it will help with elimination of all the food! Maybe some quick walking for an hour. I have found that sometimes that bad feeling you get after pigging out is just guilt from gorging.

take a hot bath
Drink some tulsi chai with pudina. Else a cup of green tea with honey will work too. Keep sipping it all day and eat small bits of food all day- nothing heavy but a lit of yoghurt or salad or rice and such.
