eat lots of healthy fats like tuna, salmon and walnuts. Nuts and seeds are really good 4 u and are rich in fats so try those. umm eat fruits, veggies, poultry, n fish cz they're really rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

Eatin 5 or 6 smaller balanced meals would b better 4 u rather than eatin 3 large main meals and instead of doing aerobics (if u do) do weight lifting and other resistance trainin exercises.

Drink lots of milk and fresh fruit juices to add calories but no fizzy drinks and don't just indulge in junk foods cz then u wil jus be unhealthy and obese instead of healthy.

hope it helps =)

eatalot goodluck

keep eating proteins and carbs

You do not need to gain weight. I'm 5'5 and 120lbs. You are at a perfect weight for your height. But if you do want to gain weight, dont do any cardio and keep up with the protein shakes, muscle milk the mocha joe flavored one is great!

Most likely genes man... some people just cannot gain weight for sh*t while others can't seem to shake it.

I know personally if I try I can easily put on 10Kg in around a month's time or less, my weight can fluctuate heaps just depending on what I eat..

I suggest trying some specific weight-gain powder to use in combination with protein supplements, and to be patient if you want results.

A decent training programme and proper diet. Some you'll never put on a pound some you'll come on leaps and bounds in a short space of time.

yeah, consider taking a weight gain supplement, look for one that doesnt have any creatine as the gains will only be temprorary. Their low in fat but have a high amount of calories and carbs. your probably not eating enough either. Try and have a daily target of how much protein you want to consume. You should be eating about 120grams of protein a day if looking to bulk up. Saying that you are only 16 and will put weight on naturaly the older you get. If i was you i would buy a book on the topic/read mens health to educate yourself about sports nutrition, it helped me.
