weather your a fitness freak or a general health freak..its awesome. most Americans decide to become "freaks" in things that only harm our body. i on the other hand love to workout and watch what i eat.

its good to know there are others that feel the same

I have my good weeks and my bad weeks!

it depends on what day it is

im energetic and hyper active but not excercise wise. my mum however is incrediable she excerises every singel day with out fail she rides to work and back then goes on the jogger at home and sometimes goes for a swim.

Oh yeah...big time freak.

I'm N2Fitness because it's a good health routine to maintain, plus I'm a natural competitive body builder preparing for a show so it's something I have to keep up with...Although the workouts are intense the diet is the hardest part to follow. I've been doing the show scene for five years so I've got the diet process down but it's still hard to give up pizza and ice cream. It's not hard to maintain your look once you get to where you want to be even if you're not doing shows...it's always been, calories out VS. calories in...it really is that simple...

I am admittedly addicted. I used to be an overweight, sluggish mom. Now I am in the gym 7 days a week. I lift a five day split, spin three to five days a week, and take a boot camp once a week. I also certified to become a personal trainer, and work with kids and overweight adults. Yes, I am a fitness freak!

well i cannot say that i'm a 'fitness freak' but yes i take care of my fitness quite much!

yes now since my exams have finished and im free...i have started going to the gym every morning at 6 30am

Well i don't like heavy weight loss exercises.
But ya i enjoy walking a lot...
