What are the effects of eating only one meal a day - dinner?!

Question: Well it seems like everyone missed the part where you said munching on something whenever you feel hungry throughout the day. That is a great way to eat, it just depends on what you're eating when you eat. Eating small amounts of food when you're hungry, rather than eating because it's lunch time, etc. is very good for your blood sugar and your metabolism, as well as your digestion.

But it depends on what you're trying to achieve. If you're trying to just be healthier, this is a great way to eat. If you're trying to lose weight, you might want to move your meal to breakfast or lunch, it will give you more time to burn it off, whereas eating before bed your body won't have as much time to digest what you've eaten. If you're trying to gain weight this could be a good way to eat, it just depends on what you're eating.

Your metabolism will get messed up not to mention all the nutrion you are missing out on.

It's actually better (even for weight loss) to eat numerous mini meals throughout the day then to eat 1 large meal.

Try to eat something healthy every hour or every other hour. Like an apple, beef jerky, carrots, etc.

if you're trying to lose weight by only eating 1 meal per day then i'm sorry to say that it WON'T WORK!!
your body will go into starvation mode during the day and when you do eventually eat your body will store it as FAT.

The main effects are that you're hungry all day long, so, at dinner you'll automatically eat more than usual; the body is in stress mode, trying to store as much energy - in the form of fat - as possible, which will make you feel even more miserable - definetly not a good diet plan, and unhealthy, too! It's proven to be much healthier and more effective if you eat something like five SMALL meals a day, including nuts, fruit, vegetables, sea fish, rice, potatoes and pasta, but never too much. Remember, it's not only when you eat, but also what you eat and how much!

STARVATION MODE....that is one of the effect when eating one meal a day
Your body will stored all the fat and nutrient. However, you did say that you eat small amount of snack during that time.
Just keep on mind that having 3 small dinners a day is better than on big meal a day

HE WILL BE BED RIDDEN SOON?
