When I excercise, I don't sweat or feel out of breath. Is it working?? Am I !


Question: When I go for brisk walks I don't get out of breath or sweat, but my leg and bum muscles feel tight and hurt.
I walk at a moderate pace, not super fast but not a stroll.
I am trying to go for walks to lose weight but because I don't feel puffed it feels like I am doing it for nothing.
Because I am not puffing or sweating am I still burning calories (losing weight)???

You burn calories 24/7. Even while you're sleeping.

Try some interval training, 2 minutes walk, 1 minute run. That will get you breathing heavey.

Weight training burns lots of calories after you train while in recovery. I would recommend it for a leaner more toned body.

just means your fit already i think

i used to be fit and went and did small runs and didn't sweat or puffed.

then i got rly unfit because i had to focus on studying and stuff and ive tried to get fit again, and now i sweat a lot and feel out of breath :p
