Question: I keep exercising, eating very healthy, and yet i cannot shed the access pounds. I'm 20, 5 feet 7 inches at roughly 128 pounds. I'm very active - I skateboard very frequently as well as running miles a day 3 or more times a week, lift weights, i play the drums, walk back and forth to work, and do a lot of outside activities.
