Hi Prodigal, Sprint training i.e 50 metre sprints x 10 with half minuite rests in between or 6 x 150 metre sprints with one minuite rests. this coupled with gym work, use lighter weights but double the amounts of repetitions you would normally.Work your way through arms ,abs and legs giving yourself an overall balanced look (I'm sure you've seen those top heavy dudes that look odd and almost comical) - three sets of each with minimal rests,building up a sweat! In no time you'll feel fitter and look the biz;but at all times listen to your body,if one day you feel overly tired leave any training that day. 3 sessions a week is ample.finally a good diet is essential,plenty of tips for this in 'Mens Health magazine' good luck fella!

Less weight and more repetitions will build muscle without bulking you up too much.

Also, you don't want to put on more muscle than your physical frame is suited for.

anything really. home bikes are great. i think its about 150-170 u hav. to get ur heartbeat up to 2 get muscle. doing agility training helps w/ speed.
