1st of all we as ladies...we all go through that! Our weight flunctuates back and forth daily. So rule number one..stay off the scale. It's tricky. Rule number two, contiune to eat healthy but drink plenty of water. It helps tremendously when you replace soda or sweet drinks with a nice cold bottle of water.

Try if you can maybe even force youself to eat more sweet fruits instead of any types of sugar-sweets. Stay away from candies and cakes and stuff of that sort and you will start to loose weight more quickly.

Stay active! When you are not playing softball. Walk around a track about 3 times about 3 days a week and stay hydrated with water. (Water is key) and you'll start to see results.

You have to be patient because it may take you a little while to see results so don't pay attention to whats happening around the clock...just do it and stay focused and eventually you'll see your body paying off!

Last thing honey....don't go by weight! Because you may end up like my sister. She is tall 6'2 and she is thick but..she is all muscle mass! She is beautiful, not skinny and not fat. But she is hard all over. Her thighs are big but all muscle and she in fact started out over weight.

She lost it by doing what I suggested to you....(that's why I suggested it) and she stuck with it for years! She made it a habit. And she 2 times older then us...if she can do it...I know you can!

You gotta do the same. Make it become your evey day...being active in any way and drinking lots and lots of water!

Good luck and good health! Love Sky

You don't need a gym membership. Run around a track (or do some sort of other exercise that is not strictly "running") for free at school. And eat healthy. There is no overnight solution.

sex is a calorie burner.

try weight watchers meetings..

In order to lose weight and keep it off you have to do a lifestyle change, not just a few weeks of dieting, that only cures the symptoms, not the disease itself. Start by changing what you eat. Write down and plan out your daily meals, it's a lot easier to follow something on paper. Keep up with the softball, it's great exercise! Just remember, you didn't gain the weight over night, and you won't lose it over night either. Good luck.

eat lots of cucumbers (spelling :P)
either pickeld or raw

it helps alot ^ ^

To iAnswer: You have to read the whole question. She has a typo in the header of her question. She's 171, not 71.

stay away from white sugar, stay away from white flower, and processed foods, and red meat. And you will loose weight
