Why do i feel i shouldn't eat but i want to ?!


Question: I've been losing my appetite for this past month now, but i know i should eat. Like right now i CRAVE pizza but i feel full and haven't eaten anything for the last 6hours (and i only had boca chicken patty then 160cal.). I'm gaining weight b.c ive been eating too few calories..but i don't want to force myself to eat b.c then i feel like throwing up. what to do?

My suggestion would be to eat nutrient/calorically dense foods such as peanut butter so as to eat a enough to keep your body going into starvation mode without eating so much that you are sick.

b/c your mind is playing games with you. I feel like that too, but try eating a fruit or drinking a gatorade or something. It helps, especially if you eat a fruit when you feel like that...ahh after it feels much better :)
