Can you get too many B vitamins?!


Question: I am using the FRS system and it has 100% of B1, B2, B3 B6 and B12. These are water soluable but can you have too many at once?

No, you can not.
Vitamins B & C are water soluble and will be washed out of your system when your urinate.
Vitamins A, D, E, & K are fat soluble. These vitamins are stored in your fat and you CAN overdose on them. This CAN kill you.
If you are just taking a multivitamin you are fine with taking a fat soluble vitamin.
What you are taking is basically an energy drink. I have no idea what FRS is, but I can tell from looking at it that it is a liquid. These vitamins do give you energy, but you can crash from them too.

Too much of anything is not good for you.

The only exception is COW BELL!!!!!!

Not at 100% dosage, even with other dietary sources. Usually takes megadoses (1000% or more) to show any ill effects, and most are water soluble, in that your kidneys will excrete excess. Vitamin B2 is a great example, will turn your urine bright yellow as it is excreted.

If you get to many B vitamins, do you get the hives?
