How to lose weight in two days?!


Question: I know it's not possible to lose too much but i want to get rid of the bloating and maybe slim down slightly. I plan to eat nothing but fruit in the day and salad and a piece of fish for tea and to drink i will only have iced water. Do you think this will help? Does anyone know of another way to get rid of bloating? I will also be doing lots of exercise, which do you think will be the best? Thank you

Try cutting back on salt :)
You are bloated because your body is retaining water, which is usually caused by excess sodium. (salt)

Careful with the dressing on your salad since it usually has a high sodium content. Drink lots of water and minimize the tea intake (once again, sodium). Because you are not eating a lot these days, its important to not have sodium. I'd stick to carrots and cherry tomatoes to snack on because fruit can add up, especially in sugar and calories and this can give you a sugar rush :)

take some midol

Everyday, do 60 crunches, 35 push ups, 20 reverse crunches,(bring your legs over your head), 25 lunges per leg, and three 1-minute wall sits. My best friend did this and lost 3 pounds in 4 days, so you might loose a few...good luck, and don't forget to stretch!!!:-)

well, midol gets rid of bloating. lol
and just basically cut out all the sugar and sweets.
drink only water
no meat

and try to eat fruit and veggies.

well swimming is a good exercise
and just walking around your block is good

Regimented work out. Have a gymn plan, and stick to it, so each part of your body gets equal treatment. this, combined with a balanced diet (check RDA for all) will lose many stone.

During the first 2 days you will only lose water weight. But what I used to do is go on wither the cabbage soup diet or the 3 day diet to kick start a calorie counting lifestyle. (Which, of course never followed through).

Just don't eat for two days.

Won't do any harm just make sure you drink loads.

A grape and grape juice (and I don't mean wine) will work.It has all the vitamins and minerals needed and enough calories to support you.You can eat as much as you like but only grape and grape juice.
