Question: I want to flatten my belly. I am 106 pounds and 5'3. Anyone got tips for me to lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks? Or to tighten my abs?
Also, does anyone know of any good disco metal bands?

if you want to lose weight i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week
also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

Ok doing cruches leg lifts and bod curls will tighted those abs amazingly well!

eat the same or replace for healthier options like salmon, lemon, Cayenne pepper and healthy meals, do more exercise than you do... I suggest pilates (Y)

well to tighten your abs, you could just do crunches. & the cereal special K has this thing to lose 6 lbs. in 2 weeks, so you should look into that. & i do believe in luck, but cannot prove it.

do sit ups to tighten the abs, and to lose 6lbs in 2 weeks isnt that hard, just eat healthily and do more exercise than normal.

and, i think you make your own luck. if you think negatively then you are gonna attract negative energy..or so they say.

How disrespectful and rude you are !!....When you learn to ask in a nicer manner and show a bit of respect, I may just try and answer all of your questions..till then, go find a cake of soap and use it ..in your mouth !!

Do intense aerobics such as running or swimming for at least 45 min non stop per day. If you want tone in your abs as well do several sit-ups till you can't do them anymore every other day about once or twice in the day or whatever your muscles can stand. DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER EACH WORKOUT. I say this because if you put a lot of strain on your muscles they'll heal better and tone better if you stretch them. As for losing wieght, don't worry, if you do aerobics your fat cells, if you have any, and you do, we all do, they will begin to shrink. It may take more then 2 weeks though.

Healthy wieght loss is about 1-2 pounds every week.
And don't forget to drink more water then you need. Then for supper replace electrolytes with salt or potassium from bananas or sweet potatos. Of course gatorade will help with this too, but it does not take the place of water.

And no I don't know any disco metal bands.

And yes, just play monopoly or any card game with my brother. He can own one improved property on the board and one unimproved property on the board and win even though I own over half the board, and all but one or two properties were improved.

Look, luck is your spontaneously excuse in situations you haven't control. I believe that I can bring luck in my life whenever I need it. Why ? because I always try to have a conscious control over the things.Like Lotto,for example. I stoped to dream a jackpot because it is close to impossible. But I play weekly and win weekly some cash a bit more than my investment. What is wrong ? Nothing. Always we need more money. But you think that it's happenning because I have luck? No, my friend. But because that i use an unusual method I 've developed in years.
