WHY can't I loose these STUBBORN 5 lbs!!?!?!?!?!???!


Question: I'm 16, 5'6 and I weigh about 130 lbs. I want to losse 5 more lbs.(please don't tll me I don'tbecause I really want too) I've been eating 1500 VERY HEALTHY calories per day(lots of fruits and vegetables) and for exercising I've been walking for about 20-30 minutes and then practicing my irish hard shoe dancing. But the scale dosn't seem to want to go down, please help!

And please don't discourage me by saying my bodys at it happy, ealthy weight. Because loosing the last 5 lbs. is important to me and I feel like I should loose it.

because the closer ur body is to the normal/healthy weight the harder it becomes to lose. Think of it this way a 500lbs person will easily lose 5 pounds in one day if he/she doesn't eat for the whole day and when that person gets closer and closer to their healthy weight the harder it becomes to lose it. SO the way ur going is good b.c u've reduced calories and eat healthy, it'll just take a while for ur body to burn them. but be careful of reducing ur calories further b.c u'll gain weight (happening to me right now)

I think you are at a healthy weight. If you want to lose that last 5 pounds that your body doesn't want to let go of, I suggest you donote a Kidney, that should be about 2 to 3 pounds and you'll be helping someone with a much bigger problem than you have...get a life

ok lets get down to business...
reduce your caloric intake to about 1300 now.
do some weight lifting(light) to build muscle. remember this...muscle burns fat!!! the more muscle you have the more fat you loose.
and its time to turn that 20-30 min walk into a 20-30 min JOG.
you are very healthy already so you are going to have to step your exercises up to another level. keep it up for a few weeks to a month and you will get your results. if you dont get there try a detox called Icagenix. that will help for sure. but try the new diet and exercis routine first.
