Question: i've heard about how you can kill yourself if you drink too much water but can i drink 3 bottles of water in a row? i havent exercised at all in like a month so i'm not dehydrated. i'm just really thirsty.

i dont exercise as much as i used to eitehr and i drink like 9 bottles a day.
we just like water cant help it......out body is mostly water :]
