Healthy ways to gain weight?!


Question: I'm 16, 5"6 and 102lbs.
I know this is unhealthy but I can't seem to gain any weight. I eat the normal 3 meals a day and have a small snack (like fruit, or nuts) in between...but my weight isn't increasing. Does anyone know how I can gain weight in a healthy manner?

Most people WANT to be able to get away with only eating the three meals a day and a healthy snack.
But get tempted my other things.
Hmm hard to find a healthy way, but i would say using more fatty foods such as putting more butter on your bread and using more oil etc.
There not too bad for you, some is needed.
Eat bigger potions, as thats likely to be the reason why your so slim.
Or you over exercising or constantly active? If so you could reduce the hours of physical activity.

But putting your weight in lbs makes me think your from America?
HOW can you keep thin there!

Fish oils or the right type of Omega 3. Its good for you and its still basically oil so you gain some fat.

Also increase yer consumption steadily so you take in more calories and burn less energy!

drink organic juice and eat healthy foods with carbohydrates like cliff bars and apples, 6 small meals is also a better idea than 3 as it keeps your metabolism functioning normal

stuff your face in some nice ice cream and then eat everything you
think about how nice and juicy food is and eat IT!!!
