What diet provides the most weight loss in the least amount of time (safely)?!

To lose weight you have to burn more energy than you eat. Two areas you have to work on, nutrition and exercise.

Losing weight is not starving yourself but is feeding your body all the nutrients needed in an organised manner. Plan your diet around whole food nutrition, lots of vegetables and fruits.

Exercising is very important to help you lose weight. You should make a plan of 3 or 4 times a week exercise. Do whatever convenient for you, walking, biking or going to the gym...

I heard if you detox your body, safely of course, you could loose up to 20 lbs. I need to loose the same amount, but would be happy if I lost 15. Last summer I lost about 15, just walking a lot around town, and giving up fries and pop, and sweets. I used vinegar on my salads, and spray butter, and light sour cream. I switched to turkey burger instead of hamburger. Ate more fish and chicken etc... switched from white bread to wheat. Those simple steps will help a lot. But I think it's the walking fast, and drinking lots of water that really did the trick. And I quit having a late night snack.

not entirely sure, but one that involves a lot of training/high impact exercise, and little to no junk food would be a good start.

Julia M, If you don't want counting calorie, you can give the job to others to help you to do the calculation. Losing 20 lbs over the next 6 weeks, will means that you will need to lose about3lbs a week. This can be easily achieved by low cal diets like Calorie Shifting and some cardio exercises.
