Is peaunt better okay, when your trying to tone up?!


Question: I eat it on WHOLE WHEAT bread with bannana slices on top, and a glass of slim milk usually everyday.

The other food i eat is okay, i was just checking up on this.


I'm 15. 140 pounds 5'6, if that helps..

Depends on what your trying to achieve by toning up & when you eat the snack. If your trying to be at a super low body fat it would be hard unless you are doing massive fat burning cardio. Also depends on the serving of peanut butter. Is it a light spread or gobbed on. The bannana also contains colesteral like egg yolks don't necesarilly cuase yoy to gain weight but can prevent you from loosing it. If you eat it late or within 2 hours of going to bed it would not be okay but an afternoon snack would be great. I have a Whole wheat cracker w/ peanut butter just a dab a slice of bannana and a little bit of hunny in the afternoon when I'm trying to gain muscle and my energy is low. Gotta wotch the calories though

Yeah, it doesnt matter peanut buter is pretty good for you. But keep in mind a teaspoon of peanut butter is almost 200 calories. If youre trying to lose weight 3500 calories equals one pound so that is about 1/18 of a pound that you would be eating.. otherwise yeah it's okay.

a tablespoon of peanut butter is only 90 calories. just make sure it's at least health checked, pure peanut butter is even better, but eother way it's very nutitious. enjoy!
