Is it possible to lose my belly fat?!
Question: (Or softness as I like to call it to make me feel better, lol).
I had a spinal fusion at 14 and then broke my back at 21 (I am now 23).
My initial height was supposed to be around 5'4" but because of my spinal injuries I am not 5'2". (lol, be careful what you wish for, I always wanted to be shorter !)
Luckily I am walking, healthy and able to work out like a normal person. In fact I am pretty healthy... I eat well, do yoga, and cardio (such as jogging).
My question here is... because my midsection of my body has been compressed the 'softness' or 'fat' has been compressed to making me appear 'softer' than I normally would be. It's so frustrating! Although I doubt others see it as I do. So is it still possible to get rid of?
What are you suggestions? Just more cardio?

You'll want to work with your physical therapist on this one because the exercises that really help the stomach firm up are also hard on your lower back. Check w your PT before adjusting your exercise regimen.
