Is my diet healthy?!?!

Question: I'm starting a fruits, grains, beans, and veggies diet only. Is that okay?

Yes, just make sure you get enough protein. Eating plenty of beans and whole grains should help you with that. Maybe take a calcium supplement if you're not substituting soy products for dairy.

you should talk to your doctor about it and make sure you are getting dairy like cheese and milk. If you don't want to eat meat make sure you are getting those minerals from a dietary suplement or start eating fish maybe

YES very good, this kind of diet keeps you full through out the day stopping you from snacking, i did it for a month and lost 13 pounds my mumdid it and lost 5 stone in a year, it is exactly like the Gi Diet, remember to drink plentry of water. Drink somethinglike 5 or 6 glasses a day.

that sounds healthy but something to add to it if you are not eating meet is hemp hearts (seeds.nuts)

it sounds ok to me.

Fruits and veggies are great. Be wary of too much fruit though as it contains a lot of sugar.

Beans are a great source of protein. Make sure you are eating whole wheat grains. Please add in some sort of calcium, such as dairy or a supplement.
