Healthy diet . . .?!


Question: Well im trying to be healthier because im getting lots of spots and things, i know i con't get rid of all of them cause its normal at my age ( im 13) but just reduce them. Im not looking to lose weight, but i do want to do more exercise and just generally keep fit. I don't mind if you have just got a tip or type of exersise

Rach, just doe exercises daily, remember to keep repeating them, if you are doing sit ups and push ups remember to do it on a flat surface, bot your bed because your mattress just absorbs the thingy ( cnt think of the word =[ ) and it wont get you anywhere, also for the spots, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day!, and when you get up before you do anything, even clean yr teeth drink a glass of water, just eat yr 5 fruit/veg a day that will help,

just do about 20 or so sit ups a day, and run around. That should keep you fit.

Anything that you will do for 30-60 minutes a day is a great start. Di you like to swim? Play soccer? hike? Bike? Do what you like!

Good for you for beginning to eat a healthy diet. One thing about pimples.. SOMETIMES, milk can aggravate them. Not for most people, but some people have a reaction to the enzymes in milk.

My son tried everything, Accutaine has finally helped him, but still, every time he drinks milk, he gets an outbreak.. His dermatologist told him not to drink milk. Not saying it will work fo you, but you could give it a try for a week or so.
