you dont need 2 hours. And it all depends, if you are way over weight, like 50 or more pounds, you can lose 3 to 5 lbs a week. But you didnt give enough details.
Not eating after 6 is great, but you can have a peice or two of fruit.
And just eat healthy too.




ps "ally" speed walking is better for the body than running!!! Its one of the best forms of exercise!!

1pound i guess. depends really on what you eat aswel

um. you shudnt have to do that. just excersize every day. by like RUNNING in the morning and at night. and you can drink water AND eat healthy. like fruits and youll lose a lot more weight then what u were planning on doing. cause hate to break it to ya but speed walkin doesnt help anyyy..

2lbs a week and that is if you don't cheat on your diet lol.
