Eating issues...again?!

Question: I was prettymuch always thin/normal weight, until like third grade, I got pretty overweight. In sixth grade, I was like 4'10 and weighed like 130. Later in that year, I lost a ton of weight and dropped to 92 pounds, being 4'10 or 4'11. For the next year in a half, all I ate every single day was a half a fat-free bologna sandwich for lunch, and a fat-free hot dog for dinner, I'm serious. It's not that I was trying to lose more weight, I was just never hungry and didn't feel like eating. I exercised like a nut but I just couldn't lost anymore weight, so I stayed like that.

Well middle of 7th grade comes around, I'm diagnosed with depression, probably about 5'0, and my weight bounces up to 110 probably around there. I eat more for the next few years and then..

I'm currently in ninth grade, 5'2, and weigh about 115 pounds...I'm vegetarian at the moment, but for the last few months I've been going in and out of the "hardly eating anything cycle" and I've been keeping up with it (cont)

well you could be hungry...you're just convinced that your not. If all you are eating is yogort, applesauce and toast your stomach must have gotten really small...so you don't get hungry easily. To get back on track start increasing your daily food intake, start slow. Like tomorrow have an extra piece of fruit and another yogort. Pretty soon your stomach is going to expand again and you will be able to live a normal, healthy lifestyle, with a good amount of exercise, I reassure you, you will not be overweight, nor underweight.

I'm in the ninth grade as well, I'm 5'2 and weight 99 pounds.

i think its your depression kicking in, or high stress. i would try to eat if your hungry and take a multivitamin a day. im not a doctor so i cant say much

some people dont feel hungry but you should probably eat more than that.
you are at a pretty healthy weight

Are you depressed right now? You probably don't feel hungry because you're depressed. I'm saying it because you were diagnosed with depression before and this desease tend to come back in cycles. Eating way too little is one of the manifestation of depression. It is more usual for people to overeat when they are depressed, but sometimes they eat too little. I suggest you talk to your doctor about it.
