Is it possible to live on vitamins, salad, cereal fruit and fluids?!

Question: your body processes vitamins from natural fruits and vegetables alot better than it does from processed vitamin supplements. You'll miss out on alot of the benefits of naturally absorbed vitamins and minerals doing things that way.
In addition, your body needs protein, so you'd need to incorporate dairy or legumes/beans if you're not into meat. Otherwise, you can add fish or lean meats for protein.

Sure, you can live on it, but for how long/how well? ...

No.

sure sounds pretty healthy
though you could use some protiens in there

i guess it's possible,
not a good idea though
you need proteins and variety

yes
but it will be very dificult if you are gonna
start doing this you should find some pill that takes
away your hunger too =D

Yes but you won't enjoy it!

you could live off of it i think forever. But you'll become very weak without things like meat for protein. Maybe having like a ceasar salad like once a day or sumthing like that, you should be ok.

Sure it is, but it's also possible to live on candy bars and soda pop. You really need to incorporate all of the food groups to be healthy. With the food you're suggesting, I'd imagine you'll be spending a lot of time in the bathroom.

You need some sort of protein! Maybe a nice T-bone, or ribeye?? =-)
Also you need some fish!
Good raw honey is also healthy!

Yes, if you wanna loose muscle tone.
Depending on how much you eat these things, this might reduce or increase your fat amount. It is not the best diet for healty weight loss.
For healthy diet, you need to have proteins in your diet, and not over-do carbohydrates. Proteins are not added in typical vitamin complexes.

Probably but just throw in some poultry it won't make that much difference. Vitamins!
