How to get a flat belly+ abs (please help) easy 10 points.?!


Question: Please help, i want to look better in a bathing suit this summer for Kalahari(my summer camp is going there), and a end-of-8th grade pool party that is possibly happening.

Do you have any good exersizes to do that will tone your abs, or any other ways i could tone them? I just want to look really good.

I'm fine with the rest of my body, its just all the weight seems to go to my stomach.

Also! My calves are suppperr skinny, is there anyway to make them look fuller? Like i have alot of muscle, but they are still really skinny.

I run track for my highschool and let me tell you that the key to losing weight (stomache fat) is diet, controlling what you eat. I work out, run miles, lift weights, millions of ab exercises everyday and I can garentee you that if you don't moderate what you eat, it'll do nothing for you. I always think that since I'm running and working out hard everyday, that I can eat whatever I want. And when I start to gain a stomache it makes me realise that I'm eating to much. If you already don't eat much, then just try more intense workout.

Here's a good ab workout we do for track:

3 sets of 30 crunches (knees bent in air)
1 set of 30 obligues for each side (bend your knee and put one ankle on top of your knee, then crunch your opposite elbow to that knee)
1 set of 30 bicycles
2 sets of 30 second plank holds ( push up position but hold on your elbows)

That should work most of your abs, try and do it day and night.

crunches/squats 4 your tummy

Sit-ups for your abs, or crunches, any of that sort of thing.

Having really skinny legs is a blessing.

you could probably get an ab rocket or boflex home gym thing or you could always go turn on the tv and look for the Fit TV tm channel

For your abs, do crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, bicycles, and planks. Do as many as you can! It will work eventually even if you don't see results immediately!! And also try to run a lot. You will lose fat all over and your calves will probably get bigger.

yeah do basic situps/crunches for your stomach and do squats to make your butt look even with your stomach. Find a DVD that focus more on your ab muscles. There are a lot of muscles there so it is a very difficult to get abs fast. So it is going to be a lot of work. For calves, running makes your calves look very nice. There are a lot of muscles to work. So good luck. :)
