Is this regime good enough?!

Question: 4 days per week (M-F) I do somewhere from 50-75 push-ups (including variations), 45-65 crunches (including variations), 24 bridges, 10 planks, 150 jumping jacks, 2 minutes of butt kicks, 2 minutes of high knees, and vertical jumps in my room. On Sat. mornings I go to the gym and run 2-3 miles, bike 2 miles, do 1 mile of the elliptical, lift weights (inclined fly, fly, and bicep curl), and swim anywhere form 600-1000 yards. I also eat healthy (I cut soda and junk food out of my diet and eat more protein, fruits, and salads). My question: Is this good enough? I'm trying to get a 6 pack (or as close to one as possible) and tone my body. So, do this regime work? Are there flaws in it? Should I do anything more or less? Thanks.

You worry too much about numbers. Just be active. You have my pat on the back.
