Is Gatorade the right thing to drink when I'm....? And how many calories sho!
Question: Would Gatorade be the right re-hydration drink after I have...
- 3 Mile Swim?
- 5 Mile Run?
- 2 Hours Active Tennis?
- 1 Hour Heavy Weight Lifting?
I'm just wondering because I have heard rumor that Gatorade is not good for you for specific activities, but I'm not sure if thats true. But any help is aperciated on the topic.
Second question. I'm wondering with the above being my new daily workout routine since school has been shortened an hour for me, how many calories i should eat. This would be a grand total of 4.5 hours of active strenuous activity. Any help is also appreciated.

the gatorade thing is most likely a rumour as you said but what is the sense of posting something on diet and fitness if u r not going to accept advice. Unless u r training for something and u have a trainer dont do that...u might end up hurting urself
