How do i lose abdominal and arm flab?!

Question: step one: do abdominal exercises for about 10 minutes without stoping. Example do crunches, leg lifts, side crunches. and repeat in big set fashion with little to no rest in between the exersises. do as many crunches as you can, then move right to leg lifts, then move to side crunches, then back to crunches and repeat for 10 minutes.
Step two: after the abdominal exercises run for about 10 -15 minutes. about half speed (jogging) try to challenge yourself tho.

That should take care of waist fat, this kind of exercises are meant to burn the most possible fat, works great if you stay commited to this program for about 2 months. Do this every day from monday to Saturday and rest sunday

For arm fat: some curls and tricept exersices like kick backs or pull downs. the runnign will help too.

Hope this works out for you, it did for me

Work out more??

Use weights for the arms and instead of flab you will get muscle.

try doing more push ups and crunches....if that doesn't work ask a fitness trainer at a gym or something ( i feel like im selling gyms uhg cant we just work out on our own?!?!)

Let Chuck Norris
ROUNDHOUSE kick the flab outta you..........

I know its the harder way but, you can't always solve problems with easy solutions....
