Weight Loss Question..Exercise Tips?!


Question: I'm a 19 year old female, 5'3, 155 lbs, so a little overweight for my height. I would like to lose about 10-15 lbs just to feel a little better about myself and to become more healthy. I do have a treadmill, and I was just wondering what are the best exercises to do to burn fat? and what are some good foods to eat to help me burn fat? Any other weight loss, exercise tips would be appreaciated! thanks!
