I need to lose 50lbs.And I need a diet plan.?!


Question: I eat every thing..Summer time is coming and i need a plan.Do I have to stop eating rice and beans?Any good diet plans out there?

You'll need buckets full of willpower, so get the family to join in. Drink water instead of whatever else you drink, halve the amount you eat, and have it on a smaller plate (psychologically it'll look more). Walk for 30 mins a day then 10 mins on a cycle and build up from there. Too much too soon will make you ache like crazy. Leave of the biscuits, booze, take-aways and chocolate and you'll do just fine. You could be a new you before Christmas.

We'll all give you support when the willpower starts flagging.
Infact why not get some buddies to slim along with you and raise some money for a charity, this way you'll have to do it.

google the Fat Smash Diet. get the book. it's like 8 bucks or something. The first week is HARD, but the fat stays off. 25 pounds in a month, no BS.

I would stick to a low cal diet & exercise. If you dink any calorie drinks, switch to water.

I would say the best plan is weight watchers. They have a good success rate and you can eat whatever you want, in moderation. It is worth looking into both of my parents lost 80 lbs on it, and it only took a year. So you should give it a go!

I would consult your physician, and then he or she can direct you to a dietitian. It's the best and healthiest way to do it.

The best diet in my opinion is the diabetic plan. Look one up. It teaches you how to balance your meals. It has helped my father go from 300 to 200 lbs. Of course it didnt work super fast but it worked.

i know it sounds crazy but u should eat about six times a day
but very small things like salad or an apple or something small and try not 2 eat a big dinner
and make sure u run every day then in a few months u should b in a good shape

Why not try a master cleanse, you'd pretty much eat nothing just drink and organic lemon concotion but could loose lots of weight.

Maybe you could just exercise like crazy and still continue to eat. If I were you though, I'd try eating a bit more fruit and a bit less meat. Don't go anorexic, though...

I would hold back on the Carbs...

Actually rice is good for you if it is brown rice. Beans are always good for you. What you need to do is go on the blood sugar eating plan. If your blood sugar is in balance, you will lose weight easily and you can eat almost anything you like except simple carbohydrates. Go the the website Prevention.com and research. honestly there is no diet that will work you have to make a lifestyle change and stick to it first thing is eat a good breakfast as soon as you can in the morning protiens and carbs then about 3 hrs later have a snack yogurt veges fruits have lunch couple hours later and then have another snack and then dinner no later than 6 pm then go for a brisk walk for 30-45 mins dont worry so much of what your eating as to how much if you eat big meals less often you train your body that is needs to store the extra food if you eat often your body wont do that i weighed 285 lbs for years and tried every diet imaginable then one day i got sick of worring about my weight and i started eating regularly like this and going on a walk about 4-5 times a week im down to 215 lbs in less that 10 months and i feel great
