Question: she is 5"7" and weighs about 160 pounds she tried her best to loose weight, but its hard for her she eats like lettuce but hates exersizing which is understandabul because her highschool is very hard core and doesnt have a lot of time do you think she is fat?? cuz i dont

My dear, your eyes for your sister is sweet, Take the best example of me, I by myself when I am taking my photo I think its not well... and I show it to my brother and he replies that Its great, so then I become happy. What your sister needs is to look into your eyes, I judge my self in the eyes of others and then make judgement.
Tell your family members to understand her that she is not that much fat as she thinks, then I hope that she will really understand and will not get worry for that, but she has to do exercise.

Is she healthy? That is the most important!There are many skinnys out there and there health is BAD!!! So if she is healthy that is most IMPORTANT!!! 5'7 160= perfect!!!!!! GL

eh i wouldnt necessarily call her fat, someone 5'7 should be about in the 140 range depending on her bone structure.

Well, in order to lose weight you also have to exercise! You can't just eat a peanut because then you will never be able to eat normal without gaining weight. I don't think she is fat but it sounds like she is more 'average' than skinny.
