I have a huge appetite in the evening, and do not want to snack, any ideas on ho!

sorry need more details about the daily diet. Maybe you are eating thing in the evening that generate stomach acid and make you feel hungry later. Maybe you have surrendered to the fad easy answer special diet program which refuses to answer the problem Put a button on it. Just do not eat. after 21:00 shut it you may drink water but that is it not dry popcorn not celery carrots. cabbage cauliflower nothing, train your self not to eat at night. after you show your self a little self respect, a little self control maybe you will wake up and eat a good breakfast followed by a solid lunch a lite dinner then what ever it take to keep the pie hole shut . no tea with "a little "sugar. no milk nothing excuse me but water. Try it. we use to have a saying Suck it up. is this still a popular statement. or has its meaning been lost. in a world full of people looking for easy answers and other people to blame for their short comings.

try drinking water too. that always helps me.

eat a reasonable dinner with protein and healthy carbs. Afterwards, have a spoon of peanut butter. it's 100 cals and really fills me up for the evening.

If you eat a raw diet, your cravings go pretty much away, and you've detoxed so much that you only crave healthy food. There's raw cacao, dates, for sweets, and crackers and dip for chip-like cravings, and warm soups... hot tea. I'm not really expecting you to go for it, but it's the healthiest way I've ever eaten.

Try drinking a glass of water and if that doesn't help try brushing your teeth because the taste of toothpaste takes away your cravings.Chewing on gum has been shown to reduce cravings or find something to do to take your mind off of the craving. If all else fails i just go to sleep.
