lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

you are REALLY thin for your height.
but, i suggest the ab lounge DELUXE for better abs :)

I'm naturally skinny and there isn't much I have to do for my stomach but, whenever I feel bloated from my period I do 100 crunches daily until I feel better. Try that for getting a flat stomach. Good luck darling and hopefully I've helped you.

Eat food every 3 hours and don't eat less than 1,500 calories!!! The key to a flat stomach is to store energy in your body so you can have enough to burn off the fat. Do aerobic excersizes such as running or dancing, it will give you a sexy, toned, lean, and flat stomach. Crunches will not get rid of the fat, they only add lines to your stomach.
