How come somedays I can ride my exercise bike for 30min-1hr and others 10 min is!


Question: Same settings & intesity, same warmup but same days just getting through 10 minutes is killer on me. My legs will be hurting and I'll already be sweating. But other days I can ride it for 30min to 1 hr and I feel great.

What's causing this to happen?? Any suggestions?

What's causing this to happen?? Any suggestions?

It could have to do with how active you were the day before, Whether you are hungry, and also any heart medications you might be taking. Temperature may also be a factor.
