Loss of appetite, exercise and losing weight?!?!

Question: Ive recently experienced a loss in appetite. I just dont feel like eating, I dont seem to get hungry. A couple of days ago all I had was 5 caramel kisses and then dinner. But I do drink alot of fluid.. like milk, water and cordial. Anyone ever experienced the same thing or know what might cause it? I generally feel healthy in every other aspect of my life.
Also, Im starting running with my friend every morning. We're going to do about 6kms (3.7 miles) and I was just wondering could my loss of appetite and this amount of exercise be a bad combination? Is it possible that running could bring my appetite back? What do you think this appetite loss and amount of exercise would do for your general weight? Would you lose weight quicker?

If you did not eat and still excercised, then yes you would definately lose weight, and perhaps quite a bit. But this is not a good thing because lossing excess weight in a short amount of time is dangerous and could cause your body to not work properly and be at risk for consequences (such as hair loss, malnurishment, sluggishness all day long, canker sores, etc). Complex carbs (such as whole grain breads, fruits and vegetables) are ideal for fuel to keep you energized for your day and your morning runs. Also lean protein is needed in your diet for building and repairing cells.
If you do not begin to eat at least an hour before your run, then your body may become adapted to that (our bodies can adapt to things very quickly, which isn't always a good thing). But when I work out, I usually feel pretty hungry because I burned off the carbs I had for breakfast before going to the gym... so hopfully this will bring on an appetite.
But again, if you do not fuel up before your run, then you may end up burning off all of the fuel in your body and have no more energy to keep going and you will "hit a wall"... and it can go downhill fron there.
If you want to have a high performance when you run, then you will need to fuel up and make sure to drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated. Drink before, during and after.

this is exactly the same with me i dont understand this either

All I know is that you need to eat. You need to learn how to balance fitness and nutrition. Eat only when you feel like it, but at your stage right now, I'd recommend eating anyway. Also exercise only to your individual potential. Don't push yourself any further than you can go.
