Can anyone help me with my weight loss issues...?!


Question: I'm 16 and i have lost 3 kilos, I now weigh 113 kilos and I was wondering what sort of exercises i can do with certain amount of equipment. I have:

Myself
Exercise bike
My dog

What small weight loss programs can i do with these 3 choices to help me lose weight? Serious help needed to reach goal weight fast.

anyways, HERE's a GOOD IDEA

you have these three...,

1. yourself... you should be dedicated... make some mindset and realistic goals... let your self be determined and obtain discipline... learn from mistakes... never end learning...

2. exercise bike... well, from the word itself "exercise".. EXERCISE! DO IT!!! Perhaps, you can stroll the park with your ...

3.DOG... You may also make him run and catch him. Here's a good idea with your dog, make him lost and find him... you may get tired finding him then you get some exercise from finding him everywhere.

Just kidding!!!

run in the park with ur dawg and cycle every day

1) Put the dog on the bike and try to catch them as he peddles off into the distance.

2) Bench press the bike while the dog tells you to "move it up. Quickly!!"

3) Frisbee the dog as far as you can then cycle over, pick him up and repeat. Doing this for 1 hour with no break should excercise those lats and quads

You can do a lot of things alone.

Firstly, your diet, 5-6 small meals a day to increase metabolism.

Do high intensity interval training (google it if you don't know what it means). Hit the gym? Or perhaps a fitness corner in the park. Intervals between exercises and sets should be kept short. Keep the intensity high.

Average weight for a 16 y/o is 125 pds. If you are not over-weight and are trying to be paper thin you will pay the price. Why not just be satisfied where you are @ 113 which is small already and just exercise at leats 1/2 hour a day and not worry so much about DIETING!!!! Your body hasn't even fully developed yet.

My fault I thought it said 113 pds. Well then shouldnt take in less then 1000 calories a day, no less! Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. exercise at least 1/2 steady to start and keep increasing each week. Also, depending how long you have been dieting, every body hits a plateu at some point fast for 24 hours and then resume 1000 calories a day and the water. Just remember, it didn't take a day to put it on so it won't take a day to get it off. Do it healty so it stays off and you learn correct eating habits and you will do just fine. good luck.


*** 1000 calories DON'T mean one meal must eat several small meals a day. It also DON'T mean eating a bunch of junk to equal 1000 calories. Healthy food!

u could go running with ur dog, ive lost weight myself & the secret is to take in less calories (3 meals a day) & burn more calories.
u must get ur heart rate up wen u r exercising, pacing urself is no good.

losing weight isn't all about exercise its also about what you eat. many things work for various different people. you might want to try a weight loss aid from your local health shop. they can help to boost your metabolism. also try keeping a diary of what you eat, drink and your activities during the day. this can help you to isolate things that cause weight gain so you can do something about them. and remember to lose weight you don't have to calorie count. its best to lose weight at a steady progression as your more likely to keep it off than if you go on a crash diet.

what after all the exorcise u still cant loose weight. than must be your eating habits.
The best way to loose weight is to do naturally. The body will accept it better. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat. 3 light meals a day. No sugar stuff. Soft drinks are no good. Plain water is the best. No sweet drinks and no snack. Do not eat between meals. Have regular time meals. Do not eat before bed. No supper. Breakfast is a must. Take a light lunch. A lighter dinner. Less red meat, if possible take fish. The best way to eat fish is to steam it. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula.

remember I kilograms = 2.2046 pounds
