I'm pretty with a big stomach...?!


Question: for as long as I can remeber I've been pretty tall(5'8) and average size....but my stomach has always been bigger than what should be. Like if I lost my belly my body wold be perfect and I would be happy. My fat has cause a lot of problems in my life and often depresses me because it extremely effect my self esteem. Summer is coming soon and I want to be comfortable around my skinny friends. What's the fastest way to lose my stomach? I weigh 180, but I would like to be 160 or 165. I feel as if I am too pretty to be as fat as I am. I'm not trying to lose weight just to look good, I want to do this to improve my life and boost my confidence.

Lay on your back, and keep your head down, now lift your right leg, slowly, slowly, let it down to the floor, now do this with the other leg. And do it every day for ten minutes each leg. By June, you should be in great shape, I did this after each of my three children.

There is no way to target a specific area to lose fat, unfortunately, without surgery (which I'm not recommending :)). Just do some cardio- run, walk, go to the gym, take a dance class- and do some crunches. Toning up the muscle will help make it tighter as well.
