Is this considered skinny, normal or fat?!

Question: im 5'6 and 119 pounds

Answers: im 5'6 and 119 pounds

I'm 5'0 and weigh about that much. You are so tiny girl!!! You should trust your friends enough to know they are not just feeding you B.S. That's great you've got extra height. You probably even have the body to do modeling, since it influences you so much. You are right where you should be in weight medically speaking. There are a bunch of medical factors to determine if you are overweight ( height, body build etc.) if your still not convinced try a free consultation at a fitness center. They will laugh you right out of there. Now just an FYI there is a big difference between being skinny and being fit. Everyone can tone up somewhere, I thought I'd highlight that. Hope that helped. Take care and try to be more confident in who you are.

its EXTREMELY overweight!!! what do you think?
whoever tells you its chubby has no clue what is even going one around them. its on the lighter side of normal or the higher end of skinny.

It's not extremely overweight, just a bit more overweight than normal. Chubby if you want a word for it.

normal. 119 pounds is like 50 kgs, rite?

Fatty fat fatty.

normal maybe even a bit light im 5'2 and about 126

Your BMI is 19.2 which is within the healthy weight range fro your height, but it is at the lower end of the scale. This means that you could even afford to put on a couple of pounds and you'd still be deemed a healthy weight. Don't let the media influence hun, you're a normal 16 year old girl who isn't fat at all.

what u are just nice. i mean just nice. use this as a guide
You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula.

BMI = weight (in kilograms) divide by
(Height (m) x Height (m))

remember I kilograms = 2.2046 pounds
1 meters (m) = 0.305 feet
chart for Risk of Heart Disease and Diabetes

27.5 and above High Risk
23.0
