Losing weight...!?!


Question: What are the weight loss benefits associated with running about 6kms (3.7miles) every morning? Could you tone up/lose weight quickly by doing this? Im also very active during the day... play/walk my dog, love soccer.

Oh and Im 161cm (5ft3) and 62.2kg (137) pounds. I really want to get back down to the weight I used to be 57kg (126 pounds), would running be a good way to achieve this? What else could I do?

running would be a great thing to do to loose weight especially every morning even 3 times a week would do. It sounds like your already active so you should have no prob loosing weight. Keep doing what your doing.
