Hello I'm 14 years old and 5'10" and i was wondering what my weight!

Kids grow at different speeds. You are still developing and it really depends on how your body weight is divided up (fat free mass versus fat). Overall I would say you are on the lighter side of being healthy. However, don't go out and just gorge on junk food to add weight. Read a book like Tosca Reno's "The Eat Clean Diet." It will help explain what good choices entail.

I wouldn't worry about your ideal weight right now. You're 14. You're not done growing yet. Once you get to be about 19-21, you will have an idea of what size and weight you should be. I could give you an answer for what a grown man that is 5' 10" should be, but you don't know how tall you'll be next year. You could be 6' NEXT WEEK. So, wait until you are done growing, then ask that question.

Depends on your frame size. Small frame 132-145 Med frame 142-156 Large frame 152-173. I would not worry about your weight at 14 you have alot of growing to do. If your 16 and still weight 125 then i would start drinking weight gainer and lifting light weights.

Wow, you are skinny. You should start trying to gain muscle weight, to get strobger arms and abs. You could go up to 150. =D

whoa 5'10? ur really tall ur on the lower side of the bmi though. the ideal weight for a guy who is 14 yo and 5'10 is between 112-158 pounds all though personally if i saw a guy who was 5'10 and under 118 pounds i would think hes a little to thin. hope this helps!

Your fine! But running is always good no matter how much you weight. It helps your heart and build muscles.
If you want to gain more weight, work out ALOT
