Another weight question(revised)????!


Question: Another weight question???
If I lose, let's say 15-20 lbs, would my skin be flab or would it snap back???
(im 16 and curious as to whether I would need lypo, haha just kidding)

im 144 lbs, 5'2-5'3 im not sure :)

Your skin will be fine as long as you excersice... don't just watch what you eat and not excersice or else you might end up skinny in some parts of your boddy and with a small gut and you don't want that. I'm also 5'2 (exactly 5'2 and a quater lol) I used to weight 140lbs and I'm now 120lbs and loving it.

your skin should prob be fine if you do it right and excercise enough.

Exercise is what keeps the skin from getting flabby. It's the people who diet without exercise that end up looking 'skinny fat'.
Keep hydrated, and move.

At your age, you'll 'bounce back' just fine.

as long as you exercise you'll be fine.

and to lose weight, be sure to eat right!
a lot of people think they are eating right, but really they're just eating worse...

as long as you dont lose it too fast.. you dont have much to lose so 1 to 2 lbs a week is good
