What should i eat to gain weight?!


Question: i eat a lot, im 6 1" and i weigh like 170pounds.
my goal is like 180ish for the summer

If you are talking about muscle weight then you need to be doing some sort of weight bearing exercise to stimulate the muscle to grow.

On top of that you need to be in a calorie surplus to gain weight. By that I mean you need to be taking in more calories than you are burning.

Some good foods to eat to get the extra calories are lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats.

Each meal should contain each of these.

Don't gain weight in fat, gain it in muscle. why do U want to do this anyways?

Macaroni and cheese, ice cream, a beer at night, butter, fried catfish...along with a decent diet of vegetables, fruits and grains...

I drink protein drinks with my meals to help gain weight. It's slow going but I am gaining.
