How many calories burnt if i do 100 lunges, crutches, squats or sit ups a day?!

3 times is good. Add in some cardio and you should be good.

it all depends on how much muscle mass u have, whether u are male or female, your height and weight etc. it also depends on the exertion while performing exercises. on fitness .com and such websites there are fitness calculators to type in such data and get a general idea.

It depends on what your goals are. 100 seems like a bit much. Also it will take more then just these exercises to firm up these areas. Always remember you cannot spot reduce, fat comes off in sheets from your whole body.

Eat a healthy diet (5-6 small meals a day), exercise daily (a mix of both cardio 3 days and strength training 3 days), drink plenty of water, and remember to give yourself atleast 1 day to rest.
