you could....but not in a very healthy way and would probably add it back on once you started eating again

Hmmm that's between 1 to 2 stone, about the same weight as 2 - 5 newborn average babies.
I don't think the full 30lbs is possible in such a short time if you lose weight healthily, the only way to do this is to stave yourself which could put you in hospital

yeah but it's not healthy. you should give it more time.

Cabage soup diet
Its not REALLY unhealthy for you - I done it and I do it every other week, search it up on google. Its basically a veggie soup, fruit, veg, and some meat on certain days so its good for you, its set meals but you can eat as much cabbage soup throughout the day as usual.
It detoxs your system clearing out body waste and excess body water, and best of all, you lose weight real fast! I lost 10 pounds in 1 week! But its one week on, one week off - everybody loses different weights so I cant garuntee you'd lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks, possibly 20 though i'd say!

Try chopping a leg off,that should do the trick.Hmmmmm,on second thoughts maybe not !!!

no 20 lbs in 15 weeks sounds better to me.. you could probably lose 6- 18lbs in 6 weeks with hard work

Look into the Extreme Fat Smash book. You can get it off of Ebay for cheap. I tried it with great results--it guarantees a 12-15 pound weight loss in 3 weeks--so that's 24-30 pounds if you go through the diet twice.

It is a difficult diet--lots of exercise and so on. But it works---it definitely works.

P.S. I didn't gain back a single pound that I lost with it.
