Steak can be healthy if you trim the fat.
Chicken- remove the skin. Chicken breast is excellent
Shrimp- no fat but high cholesterol.
potatoes- alot of carbohydrates but it is the complex type. avoid the simple carbs such as sugar, sugardrinks(sodas)
rice- avoid white rice, embrace brown rice. white rice is not very nutrition dense. (eating potatoes and plain white rice is like eating sugar)
yogurt- great food. studies have shown that yogurt helps in burning fat.

the meat would be better if you bake it or grill it.

Yes, but it depends on how much you eat, if they are lean, what you add to them, and how you cook them (except for the yogurt... that depends on whether it contains added sugars or aspartame, or if you're using plain yogurt and adding fresh fruit to it).

Looks good. Just make sure you balance everything out. You don't want too much of one thing or another.
