For people who jump rope?!

Question: do u jump rope in ur walking sneakers or do u jump in cross trainers? I have New Balance sneakers are they good enough to jump rope in?

I use cross trainers. They seem to have a bit more shock absorbtion than walking sneakers.

yes, those shoes should work. as long as you are not doing them in your bear feet, because that can be painful on the joints...hope that helps
