I have to be a certain weight before doing my physical for the navy (meps) pleas!
Question: i am 6 4 and i have to be 216, i am currently 225, i have 6 days to lose it before i go to meps. im fasting and exercising. how much weight should i lose while fasting? i do not want to push back meps any longer because because the process has taken awhile already so do not mention that please.

run your *** off, wear heavy clothes while working out. As for the fasting, that really depends on your metabolism, one thing that might help if you have access to one is a sauna, stay in that thing for a bit and you should lose some weight, other than that stay active as much as possible and keep doin what your doin
right before a weigh in my step-dad (he's in the navy)
takes water loss pills to loose the water weight and he is at least 6lbs less
It could be very hard if you tried to lose your weight while fasting, but perhaps you can try to lose your weight not very extreme. I think you can try to lose 6lbs -9 lbs in 6 day but stay your body healthy and not being slow your body down. many people can lose it until 12 lbs - 15 lbs, but i don't think so that's the best condition your body ever had.
